Terms of sale.
These terms apply to any purchase made directly with AURET, by appointment or through our stockists.
Orders and confirmation
Each piece is confirmed in writing before entering the bench. Manufacturing begins once the order is confirmed and the agreed payment received.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept bank transfer and any method agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery
Delivery times are confirmed at the time of order and vary by reference. We ship insured and signed for, in the walnut case.
Returns and warranty
Fourteen days to return an unworn piece in full packaging. The movement carries a five-year warranty from the date of sale, registered to you.
After-sales service
Service is carried out at the atelier or with an approved watchmaker. We recommend a service every five to seven years.
